Joe Cool started in 1978 (still going today) so these are one of their first offerings.
I got them from an old seaside jewellery kiosk that closed in the mid 80s and put all the stock in the owners cellar - so in excellent unused condition.
Made of perspex, with a gold and silver design (the other colours are reflections of the very exuberant shirt I'm wearing !) 5.5cm long.
