The case is marked R.A.D. for Reichsarbeitdienst - the Reich Labor Service 1934-1945. The case measures 10" long and bear an original contents instruction label inside of the lid t. The case is completely full with wartime issue medical supplies and equipment. This is an extremely rare and highly collectible set with a wonderful history offered in excellent unissued condition.
